When will my order be shipped?
After your payment is verified, it takes 24-48 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made on weekends will likely be shipped out on Monday. The time it takes for these orders to arrive changes based on your location, and your local shipping service. Orders usually arrive 3-7 business days after being shipped out.

Can I change something in my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?
Please check all folders in your inbox including junk and spam folders. If you still can’t find your confirmation email, email us at Voughtwatches@gmail.com.
Why does my order say "unfulfilled"?
When your order status says ‘unfulfilled’ it means your order has been accepted and processed and once your order is sent out for delivery the status will change to ‘fulfilled’. Once we fulfill your order, you will receive an email providing you with your tracking number.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Here at Vought, we accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Afterpay (Australia and US only). If you have any issues during checkout, please contact us at Voughtwatches@gmail.com.
